Summer School
In an effort to offer students who have struggled to meet the challenging academic state standards, District 62 offers a Title I Summer School program to our Title I schools. We also offer an Extended School Year program for special education and related services.

The Title I Summer School program is a half-day for qualifying students and includes extra time for students to learn math, reading and writing.

CCSD62 Department of Student Services offers an Extended School Year (ESY) program. ESY provides special education and related services to students with disabilities, beyond the regular school year in accordance with the child’s IEP. The need for ESY services must be determined annually on an individual basis by the Individual Education Program (IEP) team.
